Smoky Apple - INGREDIENTS Ice 2 ounces blended scotch 1 1/2 ounces apple schnapps Dash of Angostura bitters 1 thin slice of Granny Smith apple Fill two-thirds of a pint glass with ice. Add the scotch, apple schnapps and bitters and stir until completely chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the apple slice.

Bufala Negra - INGREDIENTS 4 basil leaves 1 teaspoon aged balsamic vinegar 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup Ice 1 1/2 ounces bourbon 1 1/2 ounces chilled ginger ale In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 of the basil leaves with the vinegar and Simple Syrup. Add ice and the bourbon and shake well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled rocks glass, stir in the ginger ale and garnish with the remaining basil leaf.
Blood & Sand - INGREDIENTS Ice 1 ounce blended Scotch 1 ounce sweet vermouth 1 ounce cherry liqueur, preferably Cherry Heering 1 ounce fresh orange juice 1 orange wheel Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Scotch, vermouth, cherry liqueur and orange juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the orange wheel.
Blanca Julep - INGREDIENTS 8 mint leaves, plus 3 mint sprigs 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup 2 1/2 ounces bourbon 1 ounce chilled club soda 1 cup crushed ice 1 lime wedge In a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and Simple Syrup. Add the bourbon and club soda, then fill the glass with the crushed ice. Using a swizzle stick or bar spoon turned between both hands, swizzle for 10 seconds. Garnish with the mint sprigs and the lime wedge.

Silver Lining - INGREDIENTS Ice 1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey 3/4 ounce Licor 43 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice 1 medium egg white 2 ounces chilled club soda Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rye, Licor 43, lemon juice and egg white and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with half of the club soda. Wait a moment for the drink to froth, then top with the remaining club soda.
tommy Gun - INGREDIENTS 2 thin fresh ginger slices 1 teaspoon apricot jam 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice Ice 2 ounces Irish whiskey 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier 1 lemon twist In a cocktail shaker, muddle the ginger with the jam and lemon juice. Add ice and the whiskey and Grand Marnier; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
The Manhattan - INGREDIENTS Ice 12 ounces sweet vermouth 8 ounces rye 2 ounces Grand Marnier 16 dashes of Angostura bitters 8 orange or lemon twists Fill a pitcher two-thirds full with ice. Add the vermouth, rye, Grand Marnier and bitters and stir for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into 8 chilled martini glasses; top each with a twist.
Tennessee Rose - INGREDIENTS Ice 2 ounces Tennessee whiskey 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice 1/4 ounce crème de cassis (black-currant liqueur) 1 lemon wedge Edible rose petals (optional) Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon wedge and rose petals; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Garnish with the lemon wedge and rose petals.
