From Shane May: Aside from the crust (Honey Wheat) I had no idea what I wanted. So I asked the guy behind the counter what a few of his favorites were and together we crafted this: The sauce was his call -- a mix of Angry Alfredo and Basil Pesto -- and so was the spinach and the cheese. I then added my own picks: Red onions, roasted peppers, and chicken. The result was far better than I had expected...in fact, it was excellent.
