Banana soft serve. Just frozen bananas thrown in the food processor. The chocolate sauce will have to wait a few weeks.

Curried millet stew. Never tried millet before. No time like the present. Week 3
vegan cream of tomato soup (with chickpeas). I bet if you use Muir Glen fire roasted crushed tomatoes, you can omit the sugar. But that doesn't help with the fact that grilled cheese is off limits.

Like African peanut butter based chicken soup, but with almond butter. Week 4.
Kale, white bean and potato stew. Potential to be good. Week 3.

Southwestern Quinoa salad. Not convinced that this would be really good, but worth giving a shot if craving Mexican. Week 3.
almond butter peach "soft serve" - basically a super thick smoothie. Dessert or breakfast!

almond butter dressing - similar to peanut sauce. For purposes of the cleanse, honey can be replaced by no-sugar added apricot jam
Coconut water-mango smoothie. Works without the lime if you don't have any
Parsley smoothie. Apparently parsley is really good for you. Making it w/an apple instead of a pear and omitting honey.

Almond butter sweet potato chips. I might have just had an aneurysm.
Sweet potato fries for breakfast? Heck yeah! This cleanse ain't all bad.
Handy dandy cooking oil chart. Helpful because you will go through a lot of oil on the cleanse and you should NOT use EVOO to cook with no matter what the recipe says!

Artichokes saved my life during week 1. Dip in salted- and peppered olive oil. Almost as good as butter. But not quite.

Minty pea dip. Basically hummus made out of peas. I like it better than hummus. I used a combo of mint and basil instead of straight mint.
