In addition to items in the SAILS Library Network OverDrive collection anyone who lives, works, attends school, or owns property in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is at least 13 years of age may register for a Boston Public Library eCard.and borrow from their OverDrive collection. Go to www.bpl.org/... for directions to apply for one.
