For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make hard-boiled eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel! Must try this.

Goulash: I might have to try this, and see if it's as good as my Mom's goulash she use to make.

When you get your berries home, prepare a mixture of one part vinegar (white or apple cider) and ten parts water. Dump the berries into the mixture and swirl around. Drain, rinse if you want (though the mixture is so diluted you can't taste the vinegar,) and pop in the fridge. The vinegar kills any mold spores and other bacteria on the surface. Raspberries will last a week or more, and strawberries go almost two weeks without getting moldy and soft.

Let me introduce you to the easiest salsa you've ever met. It literally comes together in under 5 minutes. Not only is it easy peasy to prepare but it's down right delicious. Unlike pico de gallo, it's more like a salsa you'd get in a Mexican restaurant served with chips before you get dinner. This

A pinner wrote....Soooooooo good! I cooked my chicken in the crockpot first: mixed together one 1oz packet of ranch seasoning mix and one 1oz packet of taco seasoning with one can of chicken broth and cooked on low for 3 hours. Then I shredded the chicken and followed the recipe as written. Really, really good!!
The most important part of the layering is making sure the dressing and the spinach (or whatever ‘leaf’ you choose) don’t touch. As long as they stay separate, these salads can be made up to 4 days in advance and will stay fresh in the fridge with a lid on. This is one of my tricks to eating salad everyday for lunch at work. I make a few jars on Sunday night and just grab one to bring to work everyday. When you’re ready to eat, just shake it up.
Mexican Chicken Cassarole... zesty, creamy and loaded with Chicken! Oh, and did I mention that it's from Cooking LIGHT?
Stir cucumber into cream cheese, spread on tortillas, layer with turkey slices and roll up... simple enough!
•5 1/2 pounds beef brisket •1 3/4 cup barbecue sauce •2 tablespoons brown sugar •2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce •2 teaspoon black pepper •1 teaspoons garlic salt •1 teaspoon seasoned salt •1/2 teaspoon onion powder •1/2 teaspoon dry mustard cook 9-10 hours
Ranch Dressing Mix: 2 Tbsp dried parsley 1 tsp dried dill 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp pepper Add 1/3 c. mayonnaise, 1/4 c. milk and 1 Tb. mix. Salt to taste.
If Paula Dean made it, you know it's good. Mexican Chicken Casserole. Yes, please, and oh so easy!
Brilliant! Why didn't I know this already? -- This link is actually for breakfast sandwiches (which you can freeze, who knew?!) but I also love the idea to cook eggs in muffin tins if you have a lot of people to feed and don't want to slave over a hot stove the whole time.
