Start with blank canvas, lay down stencil design, spray paint, remove stencils, install white or colored lights behind the painting, hang on wall!
Lay a world map over 3 canvas, cut into 3 pieces. Coat each canvas with Mod Podge and wrap the maps around them like presents. Let dry and hang on the wall about 2" away from each other. I also like the idea of adding pins to all the places you've been.

Travel the world! (Cut buildings and scenes out of travel magazines and tape into cylinder around a battery-operated tea light.)
the letter box--so cute. cut letters from boxes before you recycle them. love it.
use old credit cards/gift cards, cut to size. glue on scrapbook paper, pictures, stickers, embellishments etc... paint a layer of mod podge to seal. great project! Very cute!!
