is there anything more southern than real pimento cheese? no ingredients 1 pound grated cheddar 1/2 pound grated pepper jack 1 (4-ounce) can diced pimentos 1/3 teaspoon granulated garlic 1/3 teaspoons granulated onion about 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper pinch cayenne about 1/2 tablespoon green pepper sauce 2/3 cup mayonnaise directions in a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

breakfast cookie: (no flour, no sugar, and no dairy) 1.5 cups of oats, 2-3 super ripe bananas, 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce, handful of craisins to taste, cinnamon. throw everything together & mix. spoon it on a baking sheet. 350 for about 35 minutes.

Want an amazing and healthy side dish? Marinate sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar for 4-6 hours. Bake at 350 for about 7 minutes or a little tender. Meanwhile, sauté spinach and garlic with a dash of salt and lemon juice. Put spinach on top of tomatoes and sprinkle with low fat cheese of your choice (I chose Italian blend) and broil til cheese is golden!
