Melissastarr Rash LOL, that would make for a great place! :) Jennifer at Ink Well did my foot tattoo and told me the white would be great for me but if I tanned no... I have always talked to Mark of Cain (he is supposed to be awesome at white tattoos) and he told me the same thing (they are best on fair/pale skin, and if you tan they fade fast). http://www.facebook.com/#!/....
