Paleo Pizza Bites. Very simple but tasty and kid pleasing! I also used some Salami but it did tend to cook faster.
Paleo Pot Beef Stew.. I've never been a big beef stew fan, but my hubby likes it. I made it mainly for him and it was a hit!
Sausage & Cheese Muffins. These were so much easier to prepare then sausage balls and were as good or better! I used Cheddar Cheese Soup since I wasn't able to find the fiesta nacho cheese version. Instead of Onion powder I used about a tsp of Tastefully Simple Onion Onion. Will be making these a lot!

Sausage Manicotti and Garlic Knots. The Sausage Manicotti is easy and DELICIOUS! The Garlic Knots start with a can of biscuits. How easy is that?
Quick and Easy Salsa. This turned out great and is very easy. I had everything on hand except for the lime juice and it still tasted great. Love fresh cilantro in my salsa!

Sausage Gravy... This was delicious, just like I grew up on. I've never been a good gravy maker, but this makes it easy. I doubled the milk and flour and it turned out great.

Balsamic Bruschetta Chicken... Yummy! I used Tastefully Simple Balsamic and Basil Dipping Oil for the marinade. Even the hubby who doesn't like tomatoes liked it.

Tanya Wolcott It was too windy outside so I cooked the chicken in a pan with a little. It of olive oil. It was so good. A definite keeper!
Drunken Pork Chops... This made a tasty sauce! I served it with stewed potatoes and brocolli and cheese.

Low Carb Pizza (gluten free). "Crust" is cream cheese, eggs & parmesan cheese! The kids even liked it! My only problem was it didn't make enough. Next time I will make two. :)

Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan.. This was pretty good. Next time I would use 2 jars of sauce. I can't believe that the breading actually stayed on!

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker. This was easy enough and pretty tasty. I did as others suggested and added some cornstarch to the liquid to make it a little thicker. I served it over brown rice. I had some leftovers today and ate it in a bun along with the sauce, onions and slaw.

Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing... I had all the ingredients on hand and it was super yummy! Tried it after being in the fridge for 30 minutes and it was very good. Looking forward to tasting it after it sits for a while.

Crockpot Potato Soup. Not as thick as the baked potato soup that I make, but it's base is milk. The base for this soup is chicken broth. Still tasty though!
