Kirsten Cantrell Years ago we got rid of all DVD cases and use big wallets for them. Way less space.
Grace @Kirsten Cantrell, that IS a very good idea. My sister does that. But I like to have the case and the artwork and stuff. I'm silly that way. Also, we have not one video game and only about 2 dozen DVDs, so space isn't too much a problem. ;)

{I'm skeptical, but it's worth a try} Chalk will remove grease stains from clothes. Simply rub the stain with chalk, then toss in the wash as normal.

$0.48 for an entire bottle of glass cleaner - rated the best homemade glass cleaner by Crunchy Betty. Recipe: 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1 TBSP cornstarch, 2 cups warm water. Combine everything in a clean spray bottle and shake well.

Grace Good point about the mice, all. We keep ours in a sealed tub under the sink currently and it works fine. We have small animals so we don't need huge quantities of food. This just looks cute.

My mom loves these lists. btw, the spoon on the boiling water really does work. Also, if you put your finger on the rim of a glass after pouring soda or beer, it will stop it overflowing. It changes the vibration of the glass or something. It really does work, I've done it lots of times.

Keely Shaw Boiling water spoon didn't work for me. I tried it after seeing it on here and took a picture of my pot boiling over ;) it's on one of my pin boards.

Rosemary Thomas I don't know if this particular method works or not, but all of the boiling methods also remove any patina. The results are awful.
