Sarah Peachey Doxies are really great dogs. They're so comical and fun. I didn't find training to be that bad. Ours sits, lays down, comes and fetches (though we didn't teach her to fetch). We can also get her to sit up like a prairie dog. Some people have said they're barkers, but I just think it depends on the puppy. Ours only barks if someone is at the door or at squirrels outside.
