We loved this so much we are making it for the second night in a row. Super easy pizza :) Not many new recipes make it into regular rotation but this is a keeper.
Recipe: 1 and 1/2 roll of sugar cookie dough, spread on bottom of pan and cook for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Mix I bar of cream cheese with about half a box of powdered sugar. Spread on cooled cookie dough. On top of that spread strawberry glaze, and add the cut up strawberries on the top [tried and true, delicious!!]
Any favorite pancake mix, pour over fully cooked sausage (or bacon or fruit), bake in mini muffin tins for bite sized pancakes

Directions: In a sauté pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes and paprika and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Increase the heat to high, add the shrimp, lemon juice and dry white wine, stir well, and sauté until the shrimp turn pink and are opaque throughout, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
