Mindy Smith I have to laugh a little about the coat hangers... when we were looking at houses here the realtor cracked us up. We were in one little run-down place and there were coat hangers on the wall, similar to that, but not cute. She says, pointing to the coat hangers, "and here you've got your built-ins".
