Circle of Friends (1995) - PART 1 - "Circle of Friends", set in 1950's Ireland, centers around Benny and Eve as they enter student life at University College, Dublin. Here Benny and Eve re-unite with their childhood friend Nan Mahon, the 'college belle'. They also encounter the handsome and charming Jack Foley, whom Benny quickly falls for. Based on Maeve Binchy's novel of the same title - one of my favorite books!
