Very Culinary @Kathleen Sharer - awesome, Kathleen! Thanks for letting me know :D These are a big hit in my house, too. I've made them so many times...they freeze well too. Roll them up before cooking, then flash freeze, then freeze. No need to thaw before baking - just remember to spray and sprinkle the salt.
