Pan-Roasted Whole Fish with Olives. I made this with whole Royal Dorade, which are able to take such a strong-flavored treatment. They're really bony though, so I'll be trying this again with another fish.

Virginia Haenni Didn't find Brussels sprouts in the supermarkets, so I substituted Savoy cabbage, and it was delicious.
