7-Up Eggnog Punch. This is delish! 1/2 gal eggnog, 1 quart vanilla ice cream, 2 quarts 7-up, pinch nutmeg. Directions: In a punchbowl combine eggnog and soft ice cream (in rounded scoops...let it float). Slowly add chilled 7-up. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. You can make an ice ring to float in the punch and keep it cool. For ring: Combine any amounts of 7-up and eggnog and freeze in a jello mold the night before. I also put plastic sprigs of holly to freeze in the ring....looks pretty in the bowl. Yum.
