Flower pots painted with chalkboard paint. And polka dots! Such a fun idea.

This space just really inspires me - the natural light, the wall color, the pops from the chairs, the shelves. Love it

The colors in this room just make me swoon. Is it a problem I am always drawn to the colors in KIDS rooms? Need to grow up... much? LOL

Nothing worth having comes easy. Love the doodles.

Yvonne Baxter did this in my grand daughters room. she loves it and clean up is a breeze!

Bethany Davis I love this...I actually did this same thing with a towel rack but my daughter and niece hung on it and pulled it out of the wall two days later :/ good ideas gone bad.

Yvonne Baxter I understand, Bethany, same thing happened to us. My husband went to Canadian Tire or Home Depot or one of those places. He bought one length of copper pipe, it is very strong, two large "eye" hooks, which he screwed into the 2by2 wall studs. He then put the copper pipe threw the "eyes" of the hooks. He also bought large "S" hooks which the clothes hang by. On the back of our grand daughters bedroom door, there is a shoe holder. Each pocket holds an item such as gloves, small hats, dress up shoes, etc. The top pockets which she can't reach hold items she seldom plays with but doesn't want to get rid of.

Hard time concentrating on the chairs - I LOVE THAT RUG!!

This is so very true. Wish I could convince my teenage son of the same thing.
