"Fabulous M&M; cookies! 1 cup salted butter melted and cooled, 2 eggs, 3/4 c brown sugar, 1/4 c white sugar, 1 3.4 oz french vanilla pudding mix, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 3/4 c flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 bag Mini M&Ms;, and 1/2 bag semi sweet chocolate chips. Heat oven to 375. Cream butter and eggs. Add sugars, pudding and vanilla and mix til creamy. Add dry ingredients and mix with mixer til creamy. Stir in M&Ms; and chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 8 1/2 - 9 mins for chewy cookies. Fabulous!!

"made baked kale chips last night. they are so addicting i ate like two bunches. Recipe: rip (washed) kale into bite sized pieces (no big stems) coat with olive oil (about 2 tbsp) and salt to taste bake ate 350 for 8-10 min. or until CRISPY but not brown
