Perfect tent weights tutorial. Before pouring the cement, attach heavy-duty handles with long screws to the side of the weight. The cement will fill up around the screws, locking them in place. Makes carrying around 35 pounds a little easier!

build wooden boxes, run a pvc pipe in the middle so that the leg can slide in, and then fill the box with concrete. Put a top on, some trim and then caulk and paint them so that they match the display - and there it is.
