We had this at our first Saturday Tent Wedding - The Absolute Mango Mojito! GATHER 4 parts ABSOLUT Mango, 2 part Lime Juice, 2 parts Sugar Syrup, 1 tablespoon Sugar, Soda Water, Mint Leaves. MUDDLE mint leaves with sugar in a long drink glass and add crushed ice. Build the vodka, lime juice and syrup over the ice and stir. Top up with soda water and more ice. Garnish with mint leaves and bits of mango.

Perfect for a fall! Shake 2 oz Applejack Liqueur, 1 oz Lemon Juice with a splash of Grenadine and pour into an ice filled glass- top with Hard Apple Cider and served with a Cinnamon Stick!
Coconut Mango Mojitos - Mix 2oz Mint Simple Syrup, 2 oz Coconut Rum, 1 oz Mango Puree, and the Juice from 1 Lime and pour into a tall glass filled with Ice, top with Club Soda and garnish with a sprig of Mint!

Looking for a color themed cocktail? Shades of purple are hard to come buy! Try the "Harmonie 75": Pour 1.5 oz Hpnotiq Harmonie, .05 oz Gin, .05 oz Lemon Juice into a Champagne Flute, and top with dry Champagne or Prosecco!

"The Dandy Lion" by Stephen Cole 4 slices of cucumber 1/2 ounce absinthe 2 ounces gin 3/4 ounce lemon juice 3/4 ounce simple syrup tonic water In a shaker, muddle 3 slices of cucumber for about 20 seconds. Add absinthe waiting about 30 seconds before adding the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake and pour, topping with tonic and garnishing with the remaining cucumber slice!

Chambord & Champagne (Kir Royale) 1/4 oz Chambord Liqueur Champagne or Prosecco Add Chambord to bottom of flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with Raspberry. One of our favorites!

LAVENDER LEMONADE! (This does sound a little complicated!) INGREDIENTS: Glass: 1.5oz Vodka (Ciroc seems appropriate but we used a local Pennsylvania vodka) 1.5oz Lillet Blanc 1oz Lavender Syrup (Just boil & steep Lavender/Sugar/Water) 1oz Lemon Juice 2oz Chilled Soda Water French Lavender Flower for Garnish Mix first four ingredients with spoon, pour over ice, add chilled soda water and garnish with lavender flower (or lemon wedges if you can’t find fresh organic lavender).

Champagne & St Germain- MY FAV! top 1/2 ounce of St. Germain with champagne, then garnish with an orange twist. Add an extra special touch by dipping the rim of your glasses in lavender sugar!
