Merguez Meatballs. I made Merguez sausages (from a prepared spice mix) a while back and they were just about the most delicious thing ever. With a freezer stuffed full of local rare breed lamb.... I have to try this recipe!

Beth Loft Thanks, Britany Ball - that's terrific. C - we get butter in 250g blocks, not in sticks - so, according to Britany's link... 3/4 cup or 6 ozs, which is 170 gms, so not as hideous as 12 tbsps sounded :-)
