Bullying, it is at the top of my Grrrrrrr list!! I know from personal experience what it is like to be bullied and I have seen it far too many times on the playground when I worked as an education assistant.....we have to work harder at teaching our children, so we can end it for generations to come. w.
If only there was an easier way to exercise, and yes, I know there are many ways to do it, find something you love to do etc., but I guess I haven't found that magic one, the one that makes it not feel like exercise!! lol... w.
