Probably one of my yummiest boards since it is filled with nothing but sweet treats that I want right now!
Pecan pie on bottom - Cheesecake on top. Sounds too good to be true.

Mix cookie dough, freeze in ice cube tray, pop out and keep in freezer bag. Then when you want fresh baked cookies, you can bake a few at a time. Brilliant

Pina Colada Trifle recipe -perfect for a make-ahead dessert for parties. The flavors mellow with chilling and the layers of cake, fruit, and cream are always festive. For this trifle, marshmallow cream and crushed pineapple are folded into the whipped cream.

1-2-3 Cake. You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake!

NO WAY. 1 package Oreos, 5 cups of marshmallows, 4 tablespoons of butter - just like rice krispies treats, except Oreos!

So many recipes call for a vanilla bean but I don't know where to buy them since I live in a small town with only two grocery stores and neither one carries them

Wendy Porter-Ouellet I recently tried these when someone made them for a Scouting dinner, and I have to say, they were quite tasty.
Easiest PB Fudge EVER 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup milk (I used half and half) 1 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 cup peanut butter. Bring sugar and milk to a boil. Boil two and a half minutes. Remove from heat and stir in PB and vanilla. That's it.

Genius! ------1-2-3 Cake. I LOVE this idea!!! You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake! Top with fruit, ice cream whipped cream or whatever. :):):) Awesome for those of us who want something sweet every now without making an entire cake!!
