Diana Heding i have made so many of these things out of cloth diapers. i even made them for me!
To me, this is definitely NOT a practical "how to make a skirt" tutorial, but a great way to cover up a swimsuit. I hope I never see someone in a job interview with a scarf barely covering their butt.
